At the end of
the training workshops at each level it will be discussed with trainees
how to carry out their practical field work in 'self training projects'
which lead to accreditation.
FACILITATOR
LEVEL practical self training/field work:
Apply the 3
dialogues / 8 guidelines in practice with 3 children of different
age groups. Make notes with your observations about your own interactive
experiences with the children in concrete situations. Have your
own interaction with children filmed so that you can analyze it
afterwards and practice identifying guidelines in action. Prepare
a report by systematizing your notes and observations.
The next step
is to implement the ICDP programme with a small group of caregivers.
The agenda for the meetings with caregivers is described in the
ICDP manual. It is important to use the checklist and to record
the experience by writing a diary which is to be presented later
to ICDP.
Accreditation
